  I have the best experience at the Inglewood location. Tammy is so nice and got a very positive attitude all the time. Oh and her side kick Troy is great to thanks ladies for being the best.

  The agent we dealt with was named Melody. She was very personable and a complete joy to talk to and deal with in the situation that had fallen on us. I would recommend to anyone that needs cash assistance to come to your business and to especially have Melody handle their account.

  I called and the lady had a horrible attitude and hung up on me. I advise you to find someone with great customer service skills because WHOEVER is working today that sounds like a man is horrible! She’s lucky I didn’t physically come to the location!

  It is always nice when an owner of a company is engaged & present...able to respond & DISCOUNT a persons experience. Nothing was ever deleted or refused to be completed. If you were so involved Business Owner. YOU should not throw your employees under a bus. Hence the negative comment about Jawaun initially posted. Leadership?....Clearly you are the problem Business Owner. Hopefully the day will come & Jawaun buys you out..Unfortunately you were unable to assist your employee. Santa Claus & the Easter Bunny has more accountability than you. Business owner.

  At Tennessee Quick Cash we value our customers and make every effort to inform and explain. Jawaun spoke with Larissa on the phone multiple times to discuss the process for getting approved for a loan. After each discussion a secure link was sent that would allow us to view the customer's bank information. As Jawaun explained, we cannot qualify any customer over the phone for an unsecured loan without seeing bank information. Each time the customer deleted the secure link and refused to complete it. Despite this, Jawaun spoke with her again to walk through the process. Unfortunately, as explained, he was unable to qualify her for a loan without obtaining more information. Jawaun, along with the rest of our staff, is friendly, competent, and always willing to go above and beyond for our customers. We stand behind his actions, but regret not being able to help Larissa to her satisfaction.
