  I've had nothing but good experiences with this company... I've fallen behind a few times, and they have called me, but never came by my house! I have updated to 5 stars because they are always so friendly, flexible and helpful!

  I initially applied for a loan a couple months ago and have made the payments until just now making me about 32 behind on my payments but they have been calling me for 2 weeks or more telling me to come get another loan so I went 30 minutes away only to be told that there was an "error" and another application had been processed for a different loan by mistake. As if the waste of time and gas wasn't enough I had one of the employees, Crystal, call and try to make it my fault saying they left a message when they noticed they noticed the error. Oh yeah? Then why did the old guy call me that same day I showed up? Smh. Don't go if you want professionals that accept responsibility when errors are made.
