  The customer service here is exceptional. The manager is extremely competent in the products that they offers and was able to answer all of the questions I had when I came in to inquire about the loans they offer. He also showed me the most efficient way to pay back my flex loan to save me the most amount of money possible when I go in to borrow off of it which was a blessing because I was in a bind to begin with.

  Every now and then an unexpected emergency comes up and you needs some cash quick but you don’t want to go the traditional route of credit checks and extended payment plans.   The staff here, from the resent high school grad to the amazing older mother, are a few of the nicest most helpful people you could ever run into! It brings joy just to walk in and cash my check at this location. I have not been to a place in this country with better customer service!   Breanner has awesome customer service. The other young lady in the office with her was not friendly but my girl took over and changed the story. She was friendly with a beautiful & sincere smile and the angelic beauty God blessed her with. Customer Service makes a difference even if the answer is no.

  They got me in and out very quickly and still explained the flex loan from end to end. Showed me how much I would pay back in full on my next paycheck if I was able to pay more than the minimum payment. Very transparent.
