  Sandra was great from the start! She explained everything and was very patient with my questions and concerns. I was in and out in less than 30 mins and approved for a lot more than I needed. Very friendly and definitely a helper and problem solver in a stressful time!

  My first time applying for a title loan. Knew the process for payday and installments loans with other companies so I thought being a title loan I would have to jump over 10 hurdles and thru a ring of fire. I was very very nervous. Read reviews of other companies losing customers titles and having them go thru all kinds of problems with DMV and just horrible experiences. First I called the 800 number and spoke with a informative young man named Jonathan who helped to put my mind at ease and helped me to make the decision to go into my local office. After all its just a yes or no answer right? But Sandra at the 5th St location in Reno was amazing! Upon walking in I was greeted by both ladies in the office and Sandra was ready for me as she already received my information. She answered questions before I even asked them and provided answers to questions I didn't know I needed answers to. She even shared her yummy smelling hand sanitizer with me being a fellow bath and body works customer ^_^. I felt as if she knew what she was doing and very knowledgeable of the company and its procedures. I would recommend this location to all in Reno as they are caring, professional and it shows.

  DO NOT GET A TITLE LOAN FROM TITLE MAX ! We had a loan from them. Georgie had made a threatening phone call after we made a $300 payment just a week prior stating if we don't come in that same day she would tow the car for non payment. This is not the worst of it. This loan was paid off in full in November 2021. Georgie and Sandra just accidentally lost the title. Now it's already March 2022 and they still have not returned the title !! They made us go to DMV ourselves when this is suppose to be their job !! The Supervisor at DMV told me that DMV can not release the title back to me because it is still on the lien with Title Max. Georgie said she has been working with other title companies for 8 years. If that is true, this whole nightmare would not be happening. Both Sandra and Georgie handed us the paperwork and told us to go to DMV ourselves. At DMV, the supervisor told me that come back on Monday and go to the business licensing department of DMV. I need to tell the DMV staff what's going on here so DMV can send an investigator to investigate Title Max. After seeing what's going on here without either Sandra or Georgie NOT doing anything to resolve this matter. WE still did not received our title back. They are not doing anything and they were rude to us over the phone. Corporate office had to be called. The worst place ever ! If the 2 ladies do not start learning how to do their jobs right, this company is going to lose alot of customers. Unreal !!!
