  If you actually want your title back, don’t go to Title Max. I paid my title off, never missed a payment, and here we are two weeks later and I have yet to receive my title. After being told by the GM that he would be taking care of going to get a duplicate copy of my title (why do I need a duplicate when you should have my original) and paying for it and going on his own time, not mine, I still awaited the phone call with that information. Two weeks later I hadn’t heard a response so I call them and they tell me that I have to go get the duplicate since they are no longer the “title holders”. I get to the clerks office and they tell me that Title Max never released my title to the DMV and in order for me to obtain a duplicate I would have to show proof that I actually paid off my car through my dealership. So now my original title is in the hands of who knows who and I’m still stuck without my title.

  Everyone was super nice and very professional. The process was quick. I would recommend them if you need extra money for those emergency's.

  I went to titlemax today. The customer service was awesome .Zudie and Bryant did a great job for me. In my book you are the BOMB!

  You guys are so nice you guys also do your job but make sure that your customers are comfortable we are so glad that we found you guys and shout out to Zudie and Anna for helping us out and you guys rock😜!!

  They lost my title and refuse to do anything about it they rudely told me it's my problem and i should go and get a duplicate myself they have nothing to do with it even though i paid for every day i had the amount that i borrowed which is a ton of money I do not recommend it don't fall for the warm welcome and friendly smiles it's an absolute rip off and when they lose your title they don't give a sh** .

  Title max is awesome. ...Zudie and Blanca are really helpful and a pleasure to talk to and the rest of the staff is always willing to help out when they can.
