  Mrs. Kim is a great person. I don't care what questions you have Mrs. Kim always has an answer. I have called her after hours even on the week end she always answers. I will recommend Kim to anyone that's looking to buy a home. She gave me a closing date and I closed on my new home the exact day she said and I'am so excited. Thanks Mrs.Kim !!!! I would also like to thank Mrs.April she also lead me in the process of purchasing my home. I have also called her after hour and she didn't hesitate these two ladies are amazing they the best. They took me under their wings and lead me through the whole entire process.

  My husband and I found Titan home loans online because we wanted to work with someone local. Kim Cooper has been wonderful and professional since day one, and kept her cool all the way through closing and we couldn't be more happy!!!   I found my way to Kim when I had 1 day left on a deadline to get a commitment letter for my house. I had given up and she came in with not only the letter, at the spur of the moment, but an amazing rate. There were things that another broker was making really difficult and extravagant, and she made them so easy! In some cases, I didn't even have to do anything. She did them for me. She updated me whenever something new came in. Sometimes she was more excited than me! I would recommend Kim a million times over!! I close tomorrow. I have to bring $60 and change to close. How many other brokers can do that for you?
