  The ladies that work in this office are the best of the best! They treat you like you are their very best friend. I always walk out laughing and looking forward to seeing them again. They are serious about doing the best for you that they can but they also don't mind joking and laughing. I would recommend them to anyone looking to establish credit. If they can't help you, they will tell you why and what you can do so they can help you in the future.

  The ladies here are so nice and always willing to help! 1st Franklin literally saves me every year when Christmas time comes around I’m able to get some money to do our shopping and pay it back on a convenient and affordable schedule!

  The whole hattiesburg staff is great!!! They worked with me in the process. I am a very pleased customer and I thank them. I really needed the money . I highly recommend ✨ It’s been 9 months since I left and now I’m back !!!!! The whole staff is such a understanding crew!!! I’m glad to be back 🙂

  I give this place a 10 out of 10 on service, response and attitude. The ladies are so nice. They greet me by name. They always are so nice and welcoming. I would recommend them and do go as many people as I can reach.

  At 1st Franklin , they have a great team who’s willing to work with anyone they gave me my first loan, however if your looking to get a loan you should definitely consider these guys. An awesome place thank you @ 1st Franklin.

  I have been using them since 2004 no other place I would ever use always friendly an understanding gave me my first loan at 18 trust me youll be in good hands
