  We worked with a number of mortgage brokers but Tina was the only one who took a wholistic approach with us. She talked with us about the total costs associated with our financing. Working through the entire budget for us with estimates for the closing costs and all the other costs that would roll into our final payment like property tax increase due to reassesment, various insurances, etc. We really got the sense she was looking out for us. So refreshing, such a confidence builder. Our best experience of the whole process! You won't regret working with Tina Housdan!

  Tina took so much time explaining the entire process of buying and the mortgage process!
