  Rudest, hateful most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't send anyone I know there to do business with these people if they were giving money away!

  Very Professional and helpful staff and management.. Got a loan with them when they came to Louisburg in the late 70;s when I just got out of college.I have became great friends with the Manager...just a great group of hard working and fair folks. I appreciate them

  Had an account with them years ago and now my wife and grandson has an account with them.Nicest and friendly service you can ask for . The Management staff has been there forever and even the staff in the office I don't need a loan at the moment but if I need one I know where to go. I would think you would have to be responsible to get a loan and pay it back..so in other words pay your bills on time .

  Unprofessional when it comes to understanding where the customer is coming from. Easy application process, but not that friendly staff. Guess they pick and choose who they want to be nice to.

  This place harassed me relentlessly over a family member's debt. They called me even after I told them that I would not relay the message and to stop calling me. Illegal and so unprofessional. I can only imagine how their lending practices must be!!!
