I recently had dealings with this branch because I am handling my Mom's affairs after she went into a nursing home. I live out of state, and know how difficult some institutions are being. Lisa, was THE most helpful and considerate person I have dealt with since my Mom's accident. Her compassion in helping me with the funds I needed for Mom's care will always be appreciated and remembered. I would love to have them for my bank if I lived in WA again!
