  1st time home buyer here!! Yay! Everyone at Cross Country Mortgage was amazing! Before finding a home, Tim’s assistant Rachael called to check on me and to see if I needed anything. It was awesome! When I finally found something, they were quick. They made sure everything was done in its proper time. The only thing I didn’t like was I didn’t get a chance to speak to Tim directly. I was always in verbal communication with his assistant. He communicated very well via email, but I wanted to speak directly to him to ensure all my questions were answered thoroughly and I was comfortable & understood the process. Overall, the entire team was great. They kept a check on me and made sure all my documents were submitted in a timely fashion so we would have no delays. Highly recommend

  In the year 2020 where conducting business is a challenge. The Tim Smith team made my refinancing a smooth process. They kept the process moving forward. It was through the hard work and extra attention to detail that the process was successful, a special thanks to Dalton for his calming communication and excellent customer service skills. Dalton was able to give me real-time information , clarify the steps of the process that I may not understand and answer any questions that I have.
