  I was in the refinance process for over 4 months with this company. The only consistent contact was with the secretary, who did her best to keep things moving. My initial contact spoke to me for the first week and then I did not hear back from him for MONTHS. I submitted all the appropriate documentation within days of submitting the application and have yet to get a clear answer as to why things took so long. I did not have a complicated case, or mounds of debt, or assets to justify-- everything was within a normal standard. When they were FINALLY ready to send our case to underwriting, the rate had increased substantially from my original estimate and more than I was currently paying. My confidence in moving forward with this company had plummeted and I withdrew my case. I will be taking my business elsewhere with a company that values communication and getting the best rate locked in quickly.

  I have used Randy from Eagle mortgage for at least five home purchases. He’s very professional and his staff was very helpful. All loans closed on time. I highly recommend this company for your next purchase and mortgage.

  My experience with Eagle Mortgage Team was most rewarding. I worked with two managers and they worked what seemed to be an impossible and made it happen for me. All of the staff were very professional, timely, friendly, and knowledgeable. They all went the extra mile to make my dream come true. I had applied at another mortgage company, and they were unable to make it happen. So I heard about Eagle. I had all my documents together and it was a breeze. We had several snares, but Randy at Eagle did NOT give up on me. In the end, I got my dream home in Collierville and I shall never forget the entire staff at Eagle mortgage who made my dream come true. They made me feel like family. I highly recommend Eagle as one you can trust whole-heartedly. If you need a home, GO EAGLE!

  Had a great experience working with Randy, Dana, and Stephanie. They were available and ready to answer my questions and guide me through my first home purchase from start to finish.   Very Professional and the staff was always very nice and informative throughout the entire Process. Courtney was extremely helpful and McGee, They made the process a breeze. I was able to communicate and contact them if I had any questions or concerns and closed Very quickly on my New Home! I was Referred to Eagle Mortgage and would Recommend them to any First Time Home Buyer! PS. I had all my docs together which will also help the process go smooth! God is so Good, This was a Blessing!   ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND BLESSED EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! GOD used them to place me in my destiny! From the time I talked to the staff to the end of the process, it was nothing but professionalism and support. They were extremely kind and made this process a great one.
