American Financial Network Inc. Reviews

Ray Megie1I rarely write negative reviews, but this is needed. PRMG was the lender for a buyer on a home that I was selling. We did finally close last week. However, it took us almost 4 months to complete this transaction. The biggest issue with the lack of attention to detail. After 2 months they realized that the buyer made too much money to be able to approve for a RD loan so we had to start all over on an FHA deal. The loan officer that we dealt was Rod Carter, not sure how the rest of the team is there. Would definitely never recommend him.

Katrina Williams5Mr.James was great from start to finish he answer my questions and help me through this process of buying our home. I tried to use another lender before Paramount but wasn't having any luck. The Paramount team was awesome Mrs.Ava/Mrs.Kim they were great too once papers touch their hands they we're on their job. Anything thing extra they needed they would email or call to keep the ball rolling. This company gave me and my family something we thought wasn't possible. A chance to become HOMEOWNERS we are forever grateful my realtor Nikki Mays told me to call Paramount they're quick, professional, and a very great mortgage company. I can't describe the appreciation that I have for this crew. They are amazing and they don't give you the run around its straight business with them. So if you're looking to start the buying process please check them out I promise you will be happy you made the right choice.

Jamila Sims1This company is very unprofessional and misleading! They told my family and I lies from start to finish! We lost a lot of money dealing with this company! People please be aware of this company I beg you!!! Rodrick Carter was our loan officer and he doesn’t know what he is doing neither does his supervisor Anthony Rainey! We consulted with another lender and they have heard nothing but bad things about this company! Just take a look on the BBB nothing but bad reviews! I should have listened and followed my gut, but we were in too deep! It’s so wrong how this company did my family and I!!!!

Lola Williams (The Sea Moss Kid)2So, I’m in the process of closing for my home and I’m starting to regret my decision in mortgage companies. Everything was fine initially and I felt extremely confident and comfortable with my loan officer. As we are nearing the end, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to actually speak to anyone on the phone and get my questions answered. I’ve literally called and emailed several times since earlier this week to ask for a call regarding the documents needed with my loan and have only been met with avoidance and email responses (still no call). If customer service is not a top priority, it should be. My loan officer is out this week, which I understand. However with a little less than two weeks to close left, this is crunch time for me and the responses or lack thereof are extremely worrisome. A phone call or two shouldn’t be that bothersome, especially if I’m a “customer”. At least that’s what I thought. Hopefully I can get a call back before I miss my closing date and have to find another company to service my mortgage.

Leah Henderson5Responsive, proactive, expedient mortgage underwriting/application services. Our loan originator as well as the processor took excellent care of us throughout the process. We felt well-informed and there were no surprises when we got to the closing table. Satonya Ford knows her stuff, and will work hard to get you into a home!

Dr. Sherry Scott-Chambers5The loan officer and staff, put their all into getting the client to the goal of homeownership. All clients are not the same and all clients are not easy. Therefore, patience and professionalism is key to get to the closing table...this staff does that as a team. A Realtor is only as successful as the team that they work with. I'm mighty happy, pleased, and successful with THIS group as a part of my TEAM!! Dr. Sherry Scott-Chambers, Broker
