  My family and I have been banking with Suzette Malkin for about 20 years, and will continue to do so. I hadn't seen her in about 10 years after my father passed away, and she knew me by sight and by name the minute I walked in the door. This is a MUCH longer testimony, but those are the differences and the relationships I will NEVER forget, will ALWAYS cherish, and will pass along EVERY chance I get. Do yourself a favor and take your money and investments out of the globo-mega-bank with a revolving door of employees who don't know you and don't care, and plug yourself in here. You'll be writing a similar review later.

  Look, I love Independent Bank and this branch is exactly why! Every time I walk in the door its like I am home with people I trust and enjoy spending time with. I do my personal and business banking here. I know that no matter what arises with my accounts there is someone there not just willing but happy to help me resolve my issue. Every business could learn from how this branch treats its customers.
