  A good friend of mine referred me to Jamie. Working with him makes buying a home very easy and simple. I must say that i was previously working with different brokerage company which makes the process very difficult. I explained my friend the situation and that's how i offered my business to Tidewater Mortgage co. All i have to say about Jamie and his staff is that they are very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and resourceful. I praise God for the knowledge and understanding he placed inside of Jamie to assist me in the process getting things done.

  Fantastic company - could not recommend anyone better. They will get the job done and paperwork completed in a timely and courteous manner. All staff were professional and helpful no matter the time of day. The communication was top notch and emails/calls were responded to almost immediately.
