  I used to have a checking and savings account here but closed them because every time I came into the bank because I needed something there was some reason why they couldn't help me. I kept my Wells Fargo Propel American Express card though because it is amazing. Long story short, I came into the branch today to get change for $100 bill because many of the places I actually use cash for will not take large denominations. They said they could not help me unless I opened a checking or savings account with them. Hard to believe that a bank can't get change for $100 bill. I would probably give them a worse rating if I knew that it was branch policy instead of corporate. In the future I will avoid this place like the plague.

  It's a decent branch when they have enough employees working. I'm sorry but one or two people working the window on a Friday is unacceptable. Especially when management walks around like a Walmart greeter doing absolutely nothing. I don't need your greeting unless it's from being a window, asking how you can help me. On several occasions I've felt discriminated against racially in the way others were helped first even though I was there prior. All in all, it's a bank. I go there to drop money off. My investments are handled elsewhere so it's all good. Three stars is better than most.

  Three times now we're attempted to deposit $100 of coins at this branch. For some reason they always have an excuse for not being able to deposit it. I go over to the Wyomissing branch and they said all the amounts are fine, then put it right in the account without issue. Do the people in Exeter know how to do their job? Do they not want coins during this shortage because of COVID? Just take my money!!

  This is by far the worst bank I have ever been to. Here are my list of reasons. 1) never enough tellers 2) when you finally reach the teller its a crap shoot if you get one that can count. I write out my change with how many bills i need and its still a struggle. 3) if i call ahead for change i wait on hold for 3 minutes before with automated message hangs up on me. 4) so many "bankers" and im tired of waiting in line for 1 teller and i have 4 different bankers ask if they can help. Yea make me change. Oh you cant do that? Stop asking me. The head teller is a friendly woman and most of the tellers seem nice. But its always 30 minute trip to the bank. I will never bank here with personal money here but will have to continue with my jobs banking there.

  The service at this Wells Fargo is awful. There is never enough employees- actually no. That isn't the case. the managers NEVER step in to help when the two tellers on shift are downing in customers wrapping around the bank. I sat and waited in the "red chairs" for service for AN HOUR while workers were at the computers without anyone asking to serve me. Ended up walking out. Will be driving to West Lawn from now on.

  I wrote a LONGGGGG Review on here 8 months ago. The guy at the desk was since let go however I still closed 2/3 of my accounts and closing the last one once I get everything switched over. WF randomly switched my statements to be quarterly vs monthly. I had my savings ready to buy my house and needed to show the bank recent statements that the money has been there. The guy was a complete ass about it and his co-worker took over and worked it out with me her manager and the underwriter.

  It's ok. Some people poop a brick about the service here and I agree, it's not the best; it consistently seems to take too long to get through the teller line, but the tellers are friendly, helpful, and attentive when they serve you.

  Have to deposit here for work... Always a 30min wait. Only two tellers on at any given time. Management sits and chats while lines stack up. Wish I didn't have to come here.

  Teller not helpful or pleasant at all. Tried to call to discuss wih branch manager. Seems to be in a "meeting" quite often and does not return the call.
