  The staff is absolutely amazing! As a real estate agent I will continue to use Ticor Title because I can rest assure transactions will close smoothly. When I call or email them a question, its as if they drop everything to make sure I am taken care of. If your not currently using their services for title and escrow I would give them a shot. You will not be disappointed.

  Staff is rude and they make it seem like they don’t have time for you. They delayed the signing of our papers just long enough that we had to have the notary come after hours (for a $150 charge of course) in order to sign the day we needed to. Would not recommend, I have been to other title companies that are much more friendly, knowledgeable and timely.

  Dylan and Jen are the best at what they do and lead a great team who is responsive and knowledgeable. I’ve done many transactions with them and they are truly in a league of their own

  The building is really nice. Inside looks incredible! The man working at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. Was only there for a few minutes but it gives off a really good vibe.

  If you want to pay a title agency, then do all the work yourself, Ticor is the place for you! They don’t answer their phone and don’t return messages. We ended up learning the processes ourselves to take care of minor problems as Ticor was inept. They held back money, then didn’t follow up. Go somewhere else.
