  As first time homebuyers, we had lots of questions during the process. Tom was, from the first email, extremely helpful and patient with us. He helped guide us through the process with ease, and was available for us when we needed him. Many of our questions were simple/basic, which he was able to help with, but some of them were more detailed. He helped answer the questions and put it in layman's terms for us. We really appreciated his quick response time, and his willingness to provide advice, direction, and general support. Cannot recommend him enough!
