  I was a first time buyer using the VA Loan. My mom had recently purchased a house and she linked me up with Christina and the Churchhill team. I didn't initially start with them. I had a horrible experience with another company and was left feeling doomed and that I'd not be able to purchase my first home. As soon as I got in contact with Churchhill, I got all the answers in one day that it took the other place 2 weeks to get. The process was smooth and easy. I wasn't left with unanswered questions. They made me a priority and were quick to respond if anything came up. I appreciate all their hard work and couldn't have had a better experience. Definitely will refer family and friends to Christina and the Churchill team!

  It was great working w James and his team from start to finish. He was able to pre approve me on a Saturday and I was able to go in knowing I could confidently make an offer. Once we found the property James and his team didn’t skip a beat. We were able to sign all of the documents, up until closing, on the Churchill mortgage app, which was super convenient. His assistant Lani was great and communicative in letting us know what they needed. Our original close date was November 23rd and we were able to get everything finished and closed on Nov 12th. From start to finish it was about 30 days. I highly recommend James and his team if you’re looking for an easy and smooth process to buying a home.

  We had the most horrific experience. Our lending agent continuously gave us misleading and false information. At several points during the process, we were made to feel like we were going to be homeless. They were slow to complete tasks (waited until the week before we closed to order an appraisal) and refused to do others that were standard practice in the industry (like sharing the appraisal figure with our realtor). The closing team continuously, day after day, asked for documents they already had, and acted like they didn't know what they were looking at. They even called me requesting employment verification as we were finishing signing the closing documents at the title company! We've never been made to feel so insignificant and unimportant, so stressed, in our lives, during any other process. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Do everything you can to work with someone else. The only joy I got from this was a few days ago when I learned our loan was sold to another company. I'm thankful I'll never have to deal with Churchill Mortgage ever again.

  Christina and her team are the absolute best! I recently purchased my first home and was obviously not really knowing what to expect. Everyone at Churchill made it 100% stress free! They made what I thought was going to be a stressful process, into such a pleasant and easy going process. I've heard horror stories about other lenders either taking to long or even processing everything late and backing up the home buying process. Christina and her team were definitely 2 step ahead at all times!

  This place is incredible, they helped my husband and me to buy our second home, Valeria, James and Lani were very kind, please do not hesitate to contact them, they are very kind and always willing to help solve any detail and you can achieve your goal of buy a house, they are really incredible !!! Valeria is super special, she explains everything to you in detail, she is very patient and charming, she continues like this. !!! I can only say THANK YOU to the whole team !!!

  We listen to Dave Ramsey and take all the advice we can so we can save our hard earned money. We knew mortgage rates were declining and that were we contacted Churchill Mortgage. Within a day they contacted me and set up a time to really talk about refinancing our home. The process was quick and simple. After we closed, they provided a link to see how we can pay off our mortgage quickly. How many other Mortgage Companies do that?

  Wow! I cannot begin to express how awesome working with this bank was. Our process with Christina, Kristi and Kendall could not have gone any smoother. As first time homebuyers we had tons of questions, and they had all the answers.   We hit it off from our first conversation. I knew then that she was a professional. She's efficient, creative and personable. Plain and simple she gets the job done. This was my first home and she and her team, educated me along the way. I explained to her that my boys were coming to live with me and we needed to close quickly. I didn't count the exact amount of days but we closed in about 30 days! I've already referred several friends to Christina.
