  I just really think this place is top notch. Awesome inventory and prices plus fair deals on pawn loans. Customer service was excellent too!

  Seems a lot of people think they are getting "screwed over" by these guys because they give you a small amount on pawn versus an items actual value. Maybe people should stop and think before they say this though. You pawn an item worth $100 and they give you $25 for example. They have to hold on to this item for at least a month, hope it doesn't end up being a stolen item where they lose what they paid, hope that the item still even has a value when they are allowed to sell it and they take these risks every single day. And if you come back in 29 days to redeem the item they make a whopping $6.25 in interest for loaning you $25 for a month. I don't know about you but I'm not loaning someone that money for a month to take all those risks and make 6 bucks. If it's such a bad deal then why do you visit a pawn shop? Walmart makes 2-3000 percent in profit off of that bottle of Tylenol when you buy one. What matters here is if you treat these people at Thuy's with respect, realize you are pawning something and act reasonable then they give you the same respect back. Sure, I've not been happy with a pawn amount here before but they helped me with a loan when I obviously needed it. And if you are a regular customer they will do what they can and sometimes take a bigger risk to help you in your bind. They pawn almost all cell phones which most places don't. If you need a pawn then they may not always have the best price but they always try to help when others don't. Long time repeat customer....

  I just called to asked the prices on 10k, 14k, and 18k gold. The guy that answer the phone, which I believe was the owner, just got very rude with me telling me that I just called him yesterday and he told me yesterday and then hung up on me before he even finish answering my questions because I was making it clear did not call him. He copped an attitude with me and he partially answer my question and made it very clear that he didnt want to be bothered by me or even wanted my business. Even if I did call him the day before, even tho I haven't called them or even done business with nor will I even do business with them because of how he just treated me over the phone I could just imagine how he treat me to my face, you as a business owner or employee at the business you should want to answer the question and be Polite to customers, not be the rude jerk he was to me. This I why I always do business with the pawn shop, Gold Diamond Exchange 2, up the road they pay the same prices from what He rudely blurted out to me on the phone and have way better customer service compared to these jerks here. I wish I could leave a negative review on here they are horrible, rude people at this business and will never make a dollar off of me

  We are on vacation from Florida and always stop in. Today I was looking for a ring. The lady helped me for 15-20 mins with me asking to see SO many rings. She made me feel great and didn’t ever make me feel rushed. I really appreciated that. I didn’t get what I was looking for but I did get something better 😊 we will be back!

  I've been dealing with them for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. As for the bad attitude thrusters the nicest people until you come in acting like a fool IE crack heads addict and gamblers who just lost all their money. So if your in a bind and are respectful to them they bend over backwards for you

  MUST READ BEFORE YOU BRING YOUR ITEMS!!!!! I wish I could give a zero review so people really know how my experience was..I brought my tablet to pawn not to sale and a couples weeks later I go up there to pay it off and get it back.. as soon as I get in my car I turn it on just to make sure everything is still on there plus i brought it up there fully charged and it was almost dead ...then went to look at my pictures and it said 3 only THREE!!! There was random pictures off my Facebook on there that was never on my tablet and some pictures of Russian news reporter .. there was supposed to be over 200 pictures of me my family and some very sentimental to me and my husband that we will never get back... i even tried to download apps to get my recent deleted pics back all that came back was more pictures of Russian new stuff,, I bought my tablet brand new and non of that should have been on there.. so the pawn shop had to personally go in and turn on my tablet and go through all my private things on there and somehow deleted every picture I had :( when you pawn any item they are not allowed to go through your personal belonging like that .. I called them and they told me there was nothing they can do but just look at the cameras and was supposed to call me back and i specifically told them if I don't get a phone call i would be calling back .. they never called i called back and they don't want to help me find out where my pictures went so I know for a FACT they go through your computers, phones or whatever you bring to pawn soooo please just don't go there all garbage!!

  I would rate 0 but it wont let me! I bought a TV for $160 and it broke 8 days later. 1 day late from the "return policy" ... Now I have a broken TV and $160 less dollars. Worthless!!!
