      The insurance company that is trying to deposit my husband's short-term disability money made 2 test deposits and are awaiting a response from the bank. I called and spoke to Natasha in D'iberville and she said the reason we couldn't see anything is because they were for $0. I feel like as someone who works for a bank she should have recognized test deposits from a major insurance company and tried to see what the problem was on the bank's end to cause the bank not to approve them. Of course this could have been handled today except that they close at 4:00. Shame on you for not giving your customers a full day to transact business. If you're going to close at 4 you could at least open at 8. And closed on Saturdays?!? Please. Bankers hours isn't a thing anymore. Business and life has expanded.

      Why is it the whole state of Mississippi has opened back up but not this bank? They close at 4:00pm every day and closed on Saturdays! What are they afraid of? The lobby isn’t even open to the public. Not too mention if you deposit a picture check with a large amount of money it can take up to 7 days to deposit. They are making it very difficult for working people.

      I’ve always went to this place to cash out my sisters paycheck. But today I went they wouldn’t let us even though I have an account??? The lady was very rude about it too. I would prefer going to the Ocean spring then this one

      I will not be using this bank that charges to cash checks written from there accounts. Then they can't or won't give you a receipt for the $9.00 that you pay. Then the girls working laugh because you ask for a receipt. I don't find it funny nor is it right for there to be a charge especially $9.00.

      So now they close at 4 everyday even on Fridays. No more Saturdays! Their website is bad and now they close at 4?? What kind of Podunk bank is this?? Not to mention the lines will be worse now! Especially Fridays and Mondays waiting will take Half hour or more. Useless This is plain Ridiculous!

      I do not take writing low quality scores lightly, The people at the bank are great, they will always open a window if there is a line, with that said, the online banking is a bit primitive as far as ease of use and scheduling as well as checking balances. THE MAIN REASON THIS GETS ONLY A 1 SCORE. When making deposits I needed a couple of money orders to send out of town, the bank wanted to charge $5.00 per money order this is ridiculous on a $50 and $100 money order they want 5% & 10% I had to get some groceries so I got them at the W/D store for only .59 cents each.

      From the moment I Walked in with my screaming toddler and did not get politely stared down to the point of me wanting to leave as has happened at one bank very close to HW. I was trying to get through the new account registration as fast as possible so I could finally put away the huge amount of money I received from my Moms life insurance. Immediately I was set down with a bank officer (?) and told that I qualify for the awesome checking account with all the perks and the one that is rarely offered. I was like ok cool whatever just needing to get this process OVER. Unlucky me couldn’t hold it I.n any longer and just started bawling and could not stop. This has the chain reaction of my toddler belting at the top of his lungs. I just knew we would be nicely shown out BUT NO!! Instead several workers and customers came and hugged and cried with me and helped me up from the floor. I met some forever friends that day and all work there. These people are actually concerned and interested in your well being....financially and on a personal moral level as well! I hope to never have to leave!!

      They need to improve on their service skills, they marked me feel like they were doing me a favor when my wife and myself went to do a withdrawal. I was planning to open an account with them just because my wife, also I was planning to refinance my house, NO WAY JOSEY.

      Was a good bank at one time, when it was Hancock bank, not any more. Can't even get a payroll check cashed there, pretty pitiful.
