This almost was the worst banking experience of my life until I met the most wonderful multi-tasker Teller Abby Virgil. She was not only fast but courteous and helpful. If it wasn’t for her assistance I would have canceled my account immediately because the other workers who I guess are supervisors since they work in an office were not helpful at all. They didn’t address me once and basically pushed me off on her when it was definitely something they could have assisted me with. Not to mention I had to drive over an 1hr and 30 minutes to get here. If you have to go into the Biloxi Branchbon Porter Ave. make sure you deal with Abby. She is great!!!!!

Sat in drive thru for 30 minutes. The car ahead of me sat a minimum of 10 minutes at the window before rep acknowledged him. This is the SLOWEST one I have ever been to. The manager should have one teller at the counter and one at the drive thru until it slowed down. There are three cars behind me that has waited just as long.

Teller was hostile and rude. I just left because I was so flustered with how she spoke to me.

Crooks. Gave me a pre approved mortgage financing rate of 3.59 percent. Then 2 days before closing sent me a change of rate form to 4.25 percent and demanded I signed it or they would blow the closing. I had to close because of time constraints.. I received a government grant on this mortgage for 10k dollars.. the rate increase on the entire term of my loan is ... you guessed it.. about 10k dollars.. they are taking government grants and transferring the savings from the home buyer and putting it into their pockets.. like I said Crooks.. made a big deal about it too.. nothing got accomplished since I was FORCED to sign the change form and followed through with the closing. Pick anybody else to handle your financial needs. Youve been warned.

Went in with my gf to get a home loan with a grant. Was promised a loan and grant based on her credit score and salary. They gave us pre approval at 3.59% . They messed up every step of the way and took forever and then two days before the closing said the rate was now 4.25% which is basically the grant money. So we got this amazing 10k dollar grant and it's going straight into their pockets... they then said if I didnt sign the change form they would close the loan.. a valid threat..dubious to say the least. Then they wont address the issues and basically said they have no comment. I know banks are sharks but this one takes the cake.... STAY AWAY... that grant you are being promised goes straight to them. Do the math in ANY business deal. The math favors them... not you as the home buyer.

I would not recommend my worst enemy to do business at this business. My wife and I were in the process of buying a home with them from May 14th until August 14th and our date to close on our home was August 24th. Well we were told throughout the process everything was good and I knew something was wrong because the loan originator, Don Jackson, seemed to avoid my calls when I was calling to check the status the loan. I can remember one time calling 5 times and no answer, so I had my wife to call and he answer the first ring. Then I was told that our application was approved my the Senior Vice President and had to be approved by the Executive Vice President and I would receive a call by 12pm the next day. Well 12pm came and no call and I decided to call them at 1pm and no answer. Then sent emails and called every hour and no answer was received. Then I get an email 10 minutes prior to closing saying that we were denied. All of the reason were bogus and the first reason was a lie that Don Jackson lied like I told him. The next day my wife called and the Senior Vice President hung up in her face and Don Jackson also hung up and stated that he didn't have to talk to her. They are very unprofessional. Well the good news is we were approved by another bank with a lower interest rate and will be closing on our home in 12 days. Please avoid them for mortgage loans.

Terrible experience! They took 3 months just to tell us they are not processing our loan application because I would not pay my student loans before I was even finished with college. Terrible experience, then acted like they lost our $450 for our appraisal fee until I had to come up there and make them look for it. If I could give zero stars I would!
