  I’m not sure where to start, here. We have never had anyone work so hard and take things as personally on our behalf as we experienced with Alex and her team. Initially we were planning on purchasing a house but the opportunity arose to build. Alex was very understanding and made no fuss about us changing our minds at the last minute. When the time came during the building process, we went back to Alex to help us with permanent financing. What a ride we were in for! We went through so many things over the past year working though building our home and Alex and her team were there every step of the way. We don’t feel we ever would have gotten to where we are without them. This review does not come close to expressing the overall wonderful experience we had. We can honestly say we made some really good FRIENDS. I doubt many people could say that about their mortgage team. Good people, good customer service. We have been blessed.

  I recently used Alex for a new house loan. It's difficult to state how great and how hard Alex works to ensure your entire experience is taken care of. She is super dedicated and available for any questions throughout the entire time. Extremely knowledgeable around the mortgage and loan processes as well as all aspects of finalizing your loan on time. Highly recommend her for all your financing needs.

  Alex is the best! She is so patient, so informative and loves helping her clients. She works all hours, so if you need something at 7pm on a Saturday or 10am on a Sunday, she is there for you. She truly wants her clients to have the best rates and be the most informed. We used Alex to buy our first home. We weren't the easiest clients, tons of questions and several other caveats, but I couldn't be more grateful to have found Alex and to have worked with her through the process. Can't recommend her enough!

  There are not enough great things to say about Alex Allred and the amazing job she does. Being a first time buyer, she made the whole process so easy for us and was able to lock in an incredible interest rate. She was available whenever I had a question, sometimes super later in the evening or on the weekends. Not only is she good at her job, she is a wonderful person to get to know!   Kind, generous, intelligent, creative, knowledgeable, ambitious and humble are just a few of the words I would use to describe Alex and her team. We had an effortless loan process despite the scare of Covid-19. She was with us through the whole process, available to answer questions anytime we needed. Our loan got pushed a couple of days and she was willing to go out of her way to come by our house to take pictures to make sure the process was final. Not only would I recommend Alex, I'm planning on using her to buy our next home!
