  They are a good closing company here in NWA, have never had any problems with the service I've received and the fees that they charge for service are in line with fees charged by other closing companies. I've used them for mortgage closings a couple times each year over the past few years.

  Due to poor communication, and failures in doing their job properly with recording deeds with Benton county I reluctantly pulled our deal from them to give to another title company. They are trying to send me a bill for their incompetent behavior which lead to me firing them! What a joke! Do your job and you will get paid. I have closed multiple deals with other title companies and never encountered this behavior. They do not return phone calls and even failed to mention solutions in 2 months of pulling my hair out that the new title company have mentioned in the first phone call that will solve our problem. Our land deal was very complex and should not have been given to the personelle that handled it because they did not have the experience. I spent more time waiting for them to get advice from their more experienced staff members then any other issue. 1 week before closing i find out from benton county they did not record the previous transaction with this property correctly. So why on earth would I move forward with them.
