  Kathy was great with our home buying process!! From beginning to end, very thorough and prompt to answer our every question. Kathy went out of her way to help in other departments as well—when we had trouble with the electric company she was ready to help with them as well even though that wasn’t technically “part of her job.” She never batted an eye to go above and beyond.
