  Omg!!! One of the best US Bank Branches I've ever been to. Jaimee Briner assisted me with a transaction that I couldn't get done at a different location. She was very patient and extremely professional. Thank you so much!!! I'll definitely be going to this location should I ever need anything else.

  This is the worst branch. They closed my business account without me and kept the rest of the money. I went several times, but didn’t get any results

  If I could give less than one star I would. Long waits in the ONLY open drive through with NO Other customers. Requested a withdrawal in certain denominations but didn’t get it. (I guess the vault is too far away to get requested bills) Got money in an envelope with the WRONG name on it. Please hire more help! Please open your bank, most everyone else is open why not US Bank? Only went to Union Center branch because Cox Rd. Hasn’t reopened yet and doesn’t even currently operate a drive through lane. Come on US Bank. We are about to go elsewhere!

  I have been a customer of US Bank a very long time and they are fantastic. One person in particularly, Mike Bollin. He goes well beyond the call of duty for his business clients. Mike and his associates at US Bank have always under promised and over delivered.

  I don't know how the government permits this bank to remain open. They tell me there shouldn't be a lien on my house- but there is. They tell me I have to fax their lien office and someone will call me to remove it, but my faxes go unanswered. They tell me they can't help me, and that there's no one that can... just a fax number that I can send my personal information to and hope someone responds to me. How do you put a lien on my house, and then not even tell me who I need to contact to remove it? I don't even have a personal account with the bank. Avoid this bank at all costs. I've never heard of a bank doing such ridiculous things.

  I have multiple accounts with US bank and i prefer to use this location due to the staff at this location. I have not met any staff at this location that is not willing to go above and beyond. I think the staff at this location needs to be recognized for all that they do for their customers.

  Worst bank . I truly feel sorry for the name first of all they don't like any one and they are always in bad mode. secondly they always put holds on your accounts no matter how old is the account.. simply this is the worst bank

  The BEST US Bank location! The staff are awesome! Always quick and friendly!

  Terrible bank....drive through is not open often when the website says it is. Seriously this bank is poorly managed

  Had an issue with an account, and branch manager Jon took care of me quickly and updated me through the whole process.
