Thomas understands our person journey and he tailored the process to reflect what is the best solution for us and explained in details our options. What I love about Thomas is his unwavering diligence to ensure our loan is processed in a timely manner. Thomas communicated consistently with us and updated us our the progress of our loan which give us peace, complete confident throughout the entire process.   I’m currently working with Thomas on a loan approval for our next home. He is going beyond our expectations regarding customer service. Since our situation is a bit challenging, Thomas’ showed us how to improve our credit scores and some details previous loan officers I’ve worked with didn’t even bother to explain (they just simply disappeared).   We worked with Thomas and he was so responsive and helpful. Due to my difficult work schedule, I wasn’t the most responsive - but Thomas was able to work with me and get us pre approved in a reasonable amount of time. Plus, Thomas is a great guy and enjoyable to talk to and work with!

  Thomas was very professional and helpful on my process of getting a mortgage. He is very knowledgeable and explains to me things that I need to know such as difference between pre-qualify and pre-approved. He also responds to my email or text quickly. Thomas also went above and beyond to refer me to real estate agent that he works with.

Thomas was extremely responsive and available, would check in via my preferred communication method (text) to keep me posted with progress updates and ensure all was moving forward as it should.
