  Came in to get a card made. Apparently they don't make cards in the building anymore but the guy helped me get a digital card through the app for immediate use. It was super quick and easy

  DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH BOFA. They are happy to take your deposit, then lock your account for 'account verification'. This could only be fixed by appointment, meaning I couldn't access any funds until the following week. 1-800 says no appointment needed to fix, just 2 forms of ID and the branch manager says she won't help me without an appointment. The other major banks will not treat you this way.

  Got there at 11:20 I asked where I had to be to get a temporary card and order a new one. I was told the teller could not help me with that and they had no more appointments for today they close at 1pm on Sat. I could make a appointment for Monday. I was told they had 9am available I said i can't do 9 am it had to be 4 or after. The manager had me enter my info and said i have you for 3:30 Monday. I said cancel the appointment I can't be here 3:30. Find it unacceptable they cannot help the three people waiting in an hour and a half. I'm sorry Bank of America. Needing a temporary card inconvenienced to you.

  BoFA at 2221 Douglas Blvd. This is the worst customer friendly bank I have been in. I have been banking with BoFA for more than forty years, The person working the checking very rude not accommodating at all, tomorrow I will cancel the savings account I just open, then on to the rest of my accounts I’m amazed this branch stays open . If anyone with BoA is interested and would like to keep my business please call. No call shows your commitment

  Way too long wait!!! This building is huge add more tellers! Added 2 stars because the employees were very nice and helpful...wait time is not their fault.
