  Where do I begin?? JJ and his team did our last home loan and we wouldn’t go anywhere else for our home loan needs! We just closed for the second time with his team on our dream home and without a doubt him and his amazing team kept me sane, confident, informed, and shared some laughter along the way! Their patience during the home search, their quick responses and cheerful disposition is EVERYTHING you need when it comes to purchasing a home! I am confident there is not a team out there that can top their every quality! His right hand gals Lindsay and Ali are the absolute Sweetest and when you need something answered or taken care of during the process they’re on it!! professionally persistent, and a joy to communicate with!   We just finished refinancing our home with JJ Mack and his team and could not be more impressed! We previously purchased our home through their office back in June 2017. Both experiences have been awesome;however, this one stands out since we are in the middle of a pandemic and they still are providing outstanding customer service and quick response. Couldn't be more pleased with JJ and his team will always use them for future financial transactions and will refer them to family/friends.   JJ and his entire team really went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for our first time home purchase. JJ really made us feel like a priority and was always available when we needed him, even as we were in the middle of signing final paperwork and needed last minute clarifications. They were extremely professional and always made sure all of our personal information was secure, even in a remote context where we needed to send things through email and Docusign. I would definitely recommend JJ and his team!
