  I highly recommend Guild Mortgage. We recently purchased our first home and it was a very smooth transaction. Some of the employees even reached out to us after hours to make sure they got back to us ASAP. Jeff called us every Tuesday for our weekly update and everyone showed great customer service.   I cannot express enough how great Guild Mortgage - Tom Holyfield and his crew were for my home purchase. I am divorced mom of two boys who is very busy working a full time job and busy with my kids after, and they were able to do everything with me via email and the few phone calls we did have, they called whenever I needed them to and kept it short so I did not have to delay my regular daily routine. They were so informative without being overbearing, and let me know exactly what I needed to do to get the house I wanted. I never dreamed buying my first home as a single parent could be this easy, but I truly feel that is all thanks to my realtor and Guild Mortgage!
