Jaclyn Lastname1June 2022 Still worst drive-thru service at any bank ever! Even when it's not busy. It's time to move my account! Dec 2021 ABSOLUTELY SLOWEST SERVICE EVER for a simple cash deposit. Good grief!! Aug 2021 Still SLOW AS CHRISTMAS! I'll keep going across town to branch at Hwy 80 & McCann (across from Krogers). They're amazing - fast, friendly, professional. May 2021 Worst service ever!! Only 1 car in front of me at drive-thru & only 1 lane open. I waited for 25 minutes & NEVER even got to window. I called the lobby 3 times but no answer!!! After 25 min, there were 5 more cars behind me& we were still waiting! I left. That's ridiculous!

Eddie S1They answer locally but can’t do anything. You have to go to a branch or wait for over 30 min for anyone to answer the phone from corp. They frequently lockout your online bank account and the Zelle always seems to not work. Not dependable.

Holly Thompson1Hawkins in longview in tx has poor customer service. Would not break a dollar for quarter without having an account Do not bank here!!!!!!! No southern hospitality!!! Its a bank! And you don't have quarters to exchange! Terrible!!!!!!! This is a zero star

Robyn Redding14-16-16 i took a visually impared man to make a withdrawal from drive thru we had to walk cuz the trk was 2 big 4 drive thru and the lobby was closed. They knew we were coming cuz we called night b4 as the withdrawal amt was a little large. When we get there Lindsey the teller refused to help the legally blind guy fill out his paperwork. I ask her Y she just had this im holier than u attitude and refused . This man has had an accound since he was 16 hes now 32. I think Lindsey should be fired. I also think the man should leave regions bank . We moved down 2 lane 6 like she demanded she then still refused to help him again. I had to help him myself. Shes very rude and should not represent regions bank. #HelpTheDisabled

Nicole Wilmot1The fact that they do not provide direct lines to the branch is a total pain - Especially if you just need to verify if your ID was left and you call the 800 number for a 15 min plus hold time. RIDICULOUS!

manofword allday1No direct line need to talk to my bank.my account has been frozen because I use my card in CA.I drive a truck for a living.I have used my card in all 48 states.They should have called me before freezing my account.now I can't reach my bank to talk to the people that know me.I have been with this bank for a long time but will not be much longer
