  I couldn’t have found a better person to get the job done. With how crazy the market is right now he was able to get this done for us to even close early.   Dealing with Fairway Mortgage and Nick Ferrante was SUPER easy from start to finish! Nick put together a presentation, and made the information very easy to understand. The whole process from start to finish took less than 30 days. This was by far the easiest closing I've ever taken part in. I would definitely use Fairway Mortgage and Nick Ferrante again!!

  Nick Ferrante is absolutely incredible, very professional yet he makes you feel you just talking with your best bud. He was extremely responsive even in text messaging. If I had any questions he was always there to answer, (no question is a dumb question to him) as a first time home buyer he made it very easy to understand all of the things I had questions about. He will guide you on what to do and what not to do. Follow that and you'll get to your home goal as quickly as you think. His video explanation is a plus. I really enjoyed working with him. Nick is the one you would want to work with for you home purchase. Highly recommended!!
