  Never never will I I have any of my buyers use them. The process is a complete circus. No one has a clue as to what their so call team members are doing. Management never calls back. No one answers calls. The account representative has no idea what loan guidelines are. It took over 3 months to close a loan with a client that was going with 25% down and a fico score of over 800 plus has reserves for over 2 years. Never never !! Do not use them. You will regret it. They say they have the best rates. Not true !! Better off getting a hard money loan ! Again stay away from this company. Note The good reviews are from their own employees !!

  BROKERS AND BORROWERS BEWARE!!Do not do business with this company. Dealing with their staffs is like getting a heart surgery from a new surgeon. I lost deals because of their lack of experience and communications. Their system keep asking for the same files multiple times. Account Manager cant tell the different between internal and external conditions. Both Account Manager and Account Executives cant answer questions. You will get the answer of "let me ask my manager for answer."
