  I’ve worked with Austin G. @Bank of England for a little over a year and the entire time he was absolutely awesome in answering all my questions and available whenever I needed something; if he was in a meeting or busy he got right back to me in a matter of minutes by phone call or email. The market was rough for me getting a home but he was encouraging and patient and when I finally got an offer accepted; Austin and his amazing staff were right on top of things and we closed quickly!! I would absolutely recommend him and Bank of England to anyone who needs a lender with great rates and excellent customer service! I feel like the team is actually my friends now because we had so many great interactions and they were the best at getting the deal done! They were thorough and accurate as well! Thanks Austin and DJ!!! I’ll always be grateful for all BOE has done in helping me buy my first home!!!

  Austin and his team (thank you DJ!) were fantastic to work with. They helped us navigate the loan process smoothly which led to an even smoother close. Yes, there are a lot of documents that need to be uploaded, but that's what it is like getting a home loan. It was just nice to have them on hand at any point to make sure questions were answered and we knew what we were getting into. Thank you again Austin and team. We are now home owners in Florida thanks to you guys!

  Amie Alvarez is amazing. She is very effective and knowledgeable. This is my second time working with Amie. After having an awesome experience with my first loan, I knew I had to go back to her for my second transaction. Bank of England is so lucky to have an asset like Amie representing them. During this transaction, I did encounter a minor issues and once I called Amie, this issue was resolved in 15 minutes. Amie takes care of her clients as if they were her family and I am grateful to have her in my corner. I will always come back to Amie at Bank of England for all of my mortgage needs. Amie = 5 Stars

  Andy Y was exceptional. He listened and did everything he could to assist me with the home purchase. He went far and beyond what a lender is supposed to do. He worked early and late days just to make sure I was able to complete my purchase. I would wholeheartedly recommend Andy to anyone looking to purchase any property. Thank you for all you did Andy!!

  Horrible experience. As a Relator I am very disappointed. My co agent disclosed all important information about our clients bankruptcy since November. The loan officer, Jennifer Rosado stated it would be fine as long as it was discharged a year ago and not 2 years, which is normal qualification for bankruptcy’s. The only reason why the client went with Bank of England Mortgage is because of this. Jennifer provided the approval letter and my co agent and I have been working on finding her a home. Finally in this tough market an offer is accepted in April. Our client goes through inspection and makes the escrow deposit all to find out the next day from Jennifer she is not approved. All the time and money that was spent for the client and for us as realtors was a waste of time. Now us realtors do not get compensated and the client has no home. This company may need to do a better job at reviewing their approval before issuing them out so beware.

  We worked with Austin for lending to close on our new home recently. Between our realtor and Austin and his team, it was literally a rockstar status endeavor. I honestly would not have gotten this deal done without Austin as he helped with everything from the acceptance of the offer to the final docs for the closing settlement. A+ effort. Will use again soon. :)

  Ruben and team made the mortgage process simple and they closed my loan in three weeks. I highly recommend. This is my second mortgage with Bank of England. They are experts with complex situations.
