Geavanya Broomfield1This is the worst credit union out there. Please choose another bank. This bank doesn’t care about their customers at all. I only used this account as a secondary account but man, wellsfargo and chase are way better. I just closed my account and good riddance! They need to go out of business just like Navient. Just straight crooks. Serves them right for having a 2 star review. Sad, because with how awful the reviews are you would think corporate or whoever owns this institution would care more about customer satisfaction. Beware!

Daymaris Fuentes5Excellent service for REAL customers. They helped me since the very first day. I started the process on the phone with Jacksonville branch, and then did the closing at their Orlando location. The process was very friendly, smooth and fast. Thank you Lindsey, Tiffany, and Miguel!

Patrick Brill (PBTV)1Sadly, I am a long time customer of this bank. (not for much longer). It is clear they do not care about their customers or their service, I mean, look at all the other reviews. They are all true. Several years ago when I joined this credit union, it was different. The staff at that time was friendly, cooperative, willing to help etc. Pretty much what you would want from a credit union. Then some change in staff occurred and its been straight downhill from there. Not to mention, the only branch in the area, closest next is Jacksonville. ATM is a joke, and most other credit unions don't even do shared branching with them anymore. This place is horrendous, don't come here.

Kristi Burke1I have had so many issues with this bank. They have shut off my card over and over again over the smallest transactions, yet when multiple payments of $250 and $400 were stolen from my account fraudulently, they didn't stop it. Then, when I called to resolve, they didn't send me all the required paperwork, leading me to believe everything was good to go, and said I would get my money back within a week. When I called a week later, they said I didn't fill out all the paperwork. Nobody called me to let me know. They did nothing about it. And blamed me for not filling out paperwork I never received. I don't recommend banking with them.

Tracy Willis1Awful, I can't even get someone on the phone half the time because their automated system takes you in circles even if you select to speak to a representative. Today I called to get my mobile deposit threshold increased and the lady I was finally able to get on the phone told me she had to send the department that does that an email and that they would call me once they review it. I asked for a timeline as I have moved out of the city and need to deposit a check. She didn't know nor did she have any interest in finding out. I told her it was ridiculous that someone was that lazy that they wouldnt even take my call. She had nothing to offer or add to that. Needless to say between that and my debit card being denied at 2 atm's when I initially moved out of town (and I changed my address before I moved) I will be closing my accounts and banking elsewhere. If you want good service bank elsewhere!

Jacquelyn Harris1I have been a member of FFCU for years and the service has always been great. I recently purchased a car that they financed for me which caused me to deal with the loan officer. She has the personality of a snail, and in my opinion it is just a job that she shows up too. Because, if you don't buy what she's selling, good luck with getting what you deserve even with excellent credit. FFCU services are great otherwise.

Steven Powell5As far as Credit Unions go, this one is awesome. The entire staff have always been very friendly and attentive to my needs. Never very crowded with easy parking. Wish they were open a few hours on Saturdays though.

I will definitely will be going back, it is a very professional establishment.

Let me just save a lot of y’all some time and less pressure.. please never get an account, loan , or any type of services with this people . They will steal every little penny from you . They add all types of taxes and fees to things that’s been paid off weeks ago . They are not legit at all . Just save yourself now in please find someone better. Good luck on your journey.
