  When I went into the bank to set up a business account I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. And karen Wheeler helped me start up the account. She is amazing. You can tell she loves what she does and loves the people she helps. I would recommend anyone to this bank. Thanks Karen for making my experience wonderful. And thanks for the encouraging words as well.

  I have been with Extraco since 1999 and they have always taken such good care of me! Mrs. Karen Wheeler took care of me on some fraud charges today. She was so helpful and sweet. I will never bank with anyone else!

  Karen Wheeler is amazing. I have banked with Extraco since 1998 and Karen Wheeler is outstanding. Customer service is a priority for her and she always follows through as promised. We appreciate her hard work for many years and she is a valuable employee to Extraco.

  The customer service here is unmatched! Leo was such a pleasure to work with, he made sure all my needs were taken care of and before I walked out that I was squared away with everything I needed to know, from info about the account to setting me up with the mobile app. Hands down the best banking experience EVER. Also the manager was such a kind heart and made sure to give a warm welcoming as well! Thank you!!!!

  We love our new bank! That can be attributed to Karen Wheeler who took time to explain everything and set up several accounts plus a safety deposit box. Then we were greeted by Antoinette who welcomed us to her bank. Cannot leave out Leo who with a smile pulled over a chair and set up our Extraco app on our phones. So, that's why we love our new bank!

  I love Extraco’s Belton branch! They are so very friendly and try their very best to meet all my needs. Crystal was so efficient and fast when opening my account, and she made sure I knew exactly what to expect. Looking forward to banking with y’all!

  I can not give enough praise for the outstanding customer service to your Belton branch .it's my upmost pleasure to say they are super can't say enough.   Karen Wheeler is the best. Every time we have any issue with bank accounts, she gives 110% to solve the problem. She is available in person and via email. She was the reason chose Extraco in the first place and why we stay. She is a keeper. Carrie Onellion
