  We started with a different lender that had us on an emotional roller coaster over some small issues. Once they told us they could not give us our loan, our realtor recommended Patrick. As soon as we were in contact with him He got to work quick! He got us approved in a week and helped with so much first time home buyer stuff. He was extremely helpful explaining everything and making us comfortable. He was readily available for any questions. As soon as we talked about doing something he went right to work. Now we are in our new home!

  Patrick was incredible. Every step of my fiancée and my first home buying experience was smooth due to Patrick's understanding of the process. He took the time to explain everything in detail and was ready to answer any and all questions. Patrick is Very attentive and on top of things.   I’m not sure where to begin with my positive feedback and the awesome experience that I received from Patrick . If I could give him 100 stars, I would ! He worked constantly to try and approve me for a mortgage , even when things looked impossible , he went above and beyond and communicated well to still try and get me approved . He never gave up !! Patrick really knows what he’s doing!!! Very professional , honest , hardworking and compassionate! If you cross path with this lender do not hesitate to stick with him !   We started with a different lender who kept giving us yes and no about our loan. Once they finally said they could not get us our loan for such small silly things our realtor recommended Patrick. From the moment we were in contact with Patrick he worked quickly to get us preapproved and within a week we were approved. He was diligent with letting everyone know we were first time home buyers so they would need to explain things. He was great with explaining things, always answered right away. When we talked about something immediately he would do it no time wasted. Really took a load off our shoulders after our emotional roller coaster. And we continue to look forward working with him. He made us very comfortable. And our title company also complimented how wonderful movement mortgage was, kind and easy and they made closing so easy! Now we are in our new home!
