  Everything about them is outstanding. There wasn't a single time in the two mortgages I have done with Denise Greene at Fairway Mortgage that I've ever felt less than 100% taken care of. The level of customer service and knowledge is so superior to anyone else that I honestly felt at times I was her only customer. She and her branch are just that good at what they do. First class.

  I switched lenders because of poor, sloppy service. We were not going to meet the closing date. Many commitments were planned around this closing date and would have caused so my confusion and frustration. Well, my realtor recommended Colleen Rodriguez at Fairway Independent. She took over and spearheaded the loan to the original closing date. Unbelievable service! I closed in record time. What professionalism! A six-star recommendation.

  I had the chance to work with Lindsay Vance Mortgage Advisor/Operations Manager. We worked on a loan for my mom, who I understand can be a bit much to deal with, so I appreciated her patience and her initial diligence. She was motivated, adamant, great with communication, and even recommended a realtor. Once my mom decided to go with her own realtor the momentum definitely shifted. This affected our timeline and she was absolutely careless. I would not recommend working with her if your situation is time sensitive.
