  I worked with Eric Danielson on my recent loan refinance. He was always quick to respond to my emails back and forth, and very helpful with the questions that I had. He stayed late to help me on at least one occasion as I work a lot and it was the only time that we could connect on the phone to get a couple of things worked out. He is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him for any of your loan needs - I actually have since recommended him to one of my brothers for a loan that they are looking at.

  I heard about Union Bank on WKRC radio, Brian Thomas. Previous mortgage company wanted to refi with everything but the kitchen sink included in the new mortgage. It would have been pretty easy but thought I don't need to go deeper in debt. Called Suzzete like Brian said and she was very happy to help refi with a lower rate and a smaller payment.

  The process from start to finish was straightforward, efficient and quick. Everything that could be done online was, which made transacting with a person/company outside of my local area incredibly easy. My loan officer, M. Dissett, was always available for questions and ensured that I received immediate or prompt responses. His instructions were very clear, and concise and his attention and focus enabled me to close on time and without issue. Highly recommended.

  I do not have enough good thing to say about Bill and the Carey team at The Union Bank Co. My husband and I are real estate agents and we highly recommend these guys for all your lending need. They know how to get you though the process smoothly and efficiently, and everyone is friendly and nice .Best please to go for all your home loans.

  Mike Dessett was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I had been thinking about refinancing for a couple months and anytime I had a question he was fast to reply. Once the process was initiated, he kept me updated every step of the way. He was never “pushy” at anytime. The process was quick and easy. I would definitely use his services again if needed and highly recommend him and loan one.

  Excellent lender!! I had two clients who were being denied a loan when it didn't make any sense. The Carey Team took their applications and one has already closed and the other will close next week. I am very impressed with their professionalism and especially the fact that they really care about my clients!!!!
