      I was working on an audit for one of our acquisition accounts and needed some statements ASAP. I couldn’t get access and spent an hour try to trouble shoot. Sat I popped into the Hamilton Road Location and the team was amazing! Chelsea not only fixed our issue but walked me through step by step to avoid any future issues! Sitting there listening to other team members I witnessed first hand how much time and care they took with each member- Simply the Best!

      Chelsie was extremely kind and helpful. She took time to explain things to us and made sure we got exactly what we came for. She was very personable. The credit union in itself is a very nice establishment.

      At this time, this is the worst banking institution I have ever had to engage with. They purchased my previous credit union that held my auto loan. Since this transition, paying online is incredibly difficult. They have no integration of tech/app platforms to mitigate payment. Customer service has been fine but the structure they have sloppily gifted to unwilling new customers has me considering getting a new lender or biting the bullet and paying the loan off in its entirety just to not have to deal with them. I cant imagine voluntarily banking with this institution.
