  I moved back to Columbus 8 months ago. I walked into Pathways the day after Thanksgiving. I was greeted with smiling friendly faces. Anna was able to help with cashing a out of state check. Luckily my previous account is from CO partner credit union and I decided this is the credit union for me. Always friendly and helpful .Thanks Anna,Kim for taking such good care of me today.

  The staff was very helpful while I was starting up my new business, Baldwin Lake Designs. Quickly got my checks and business debit card. I love the app that allows me to deposit checks with my busy schedule. I'm able to sync my account with my accounting software (Gusto and Freshbooks) which is fantastic. I know when I need in-branch service the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and quickly able to help me. My favorite branch is Gahanna/New Albany on Hamilton Road.

  The staff at Pathways Credit Union is consistently accommodating and kind. They truly care about their members and strive to happily help them in any way they can. There have been a few instances in which I have needed help fixing something in my account and they immediately took care of it. They make managing your money easy and secure, which is why I am a proud member.

  For Caroline! Absolutely wonderful, applied for a credit card and went above what was asked and helped me with refinancing my truck which was the goal on the long run! Absolutely thankful for her, she deserves a raise ❤️

  For the last 5+ years my husband walks in our credit union and asks “where’s my personal banker”. Kim Krebs-Karl has served in that capacity for us. She’s guided us through 2 re-fi’s as interest rates dropped, helped me establish my own credit, taught us about & helped us diversify some of our retirement funds, and made sure we participated in a social security seminar that ultimately resulted in a re-filing that added $300 to our monthly income. It is obvious that family is important to Kim and she makes the credit union have a warm and friendly family feeling to us. We are very happy with our relationship with Pathways and our relationship with Kim as their representative. Kim always goes above and beyond our expectations. Thank you!
