  I received outstanding service from the teller, Faith. She was friendly, pleasant, and helpful. She also had a beautiful, warm smile when she was assisting me. It is refreshing to receive great service because excellent customer service is an anomaly these days.

  Oh my fudging god. They redid the entire online setup just so that they could add in another 2 factor authentication. All transfer setups have to be redone. Online support chat is ok, their call support system is overwhelmed. Their teller lines are closed, the lobby is shut most days. Fudge this place.

  I don't recommend this bank at all. Employees need a lot of trainings and their website is miserable!!!

  I’ve been with Kemba since February 2017 and so far no issues yet. When I signed up for my checking and savings account, the banker told me she’d contact me in 6 months to see if I could or wanted to refinance my car loan. And she actually called me 6 months later!!! I appreciate the service so far. I had an issue with my account probably about a week after I opened my account and it was resolved within a few days and I got my money back and new debit card issued on the spot!!

  I had a wonderful experience today with a loan officer named Kristen Tucker. She was very polite and professional. She was courteous and helpful with my situation. Very easy to work with and I will recommend friends and family to her hands down. Thank you very much for your help today, I hope you get to read this.

  Been with them for 2 years now, 2nd Auto loan & a credit card. Theyve been nothing short of awesome. Great customer service, friendly and very prompt in funding loans for you. Ive seen a review from a disgruntled customer who obviously never understood that he was in default of his contract by not maintaining full coverage insurance. Kemba then purchased full coverage insurance on his behalf, and at his cost. It should be common sense that Liability-only does not insure the vehicle you have financed (Credit Union has a security interest on said vehicle and this is a common practice for auto loans with many banks). Unfortunately, common sense isnt that common.

  Absolutely crazy i had been trying to contact for 2 weeks just to get a pre aprroval letter for a loan and little to no contact! I know of other banks that take less time really sad been with this bank for a while now. Very sad

  ive always had great luck here. been with kemba all my life. sometimes you can get stuck waiting for awhile-but thats no different than anywhere else!

  i hate going to the bank but they always explain things thoroughly. by far, the gahanna branch is my absolute favorite branch, so friendly
