      none of these branches every answer their phones. EVER. waiting for 45+ minutes for a simple loan payoff amount.

      This bank is the worst. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but over the past few years they've done nothing but disappoint. I can't even think of one thing they're decent at. It's either moderately disappointing or just plain terrible across the board.

      There’s no incentives for members and there atm is always broke or will short you money. Employees were supposed to refund money twice in my account on two separate situations. My money was never refunded. Go to a bank or credit union who offer things not this one!

      Have been a member for over 30 years. 1st time I have provided a review. Was VERY surprised at the phone customer service I received. I am in the customer service business and this interaction wasn't good business. I was interrupted repeatedly, the woman maintained a thinly vieled exasperation throughout the entire conversation. Was not pleasant.
