      Multipule times I wait in the atm line (there's only one) for over twenty minutes just to get told that the feature it disabled. This is unacceptable.

      Worst bank I've ever had in my life. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. I should've stayed with Bank of America instead of supporting these guys. Fees galore that other banks don't have.
