  Steve is exactly the person you want when considering a reverse mortgage. Not only is Steve extremely knowledgeable about reverse mortgages and is able to answer all your questions, but his approach with clients is what I enjoy most about working with Steve. We like to say he "Holds our clients hands" throughout the process which is extremely important during times of divorce when so many things are uncertain. His communication, response time and follow up is also second to none. Steve is the best in the business when it comes to reverse mortgages!

  I have had Reverse Mortgage for a couple of years. It came time to Re-Fi so I did through the Steven J. Sless Group. Robert Sklar assisted me. He explained everything in detail, submitted documents in detail and in a most efficient and timely manner. I had no issues, it all went very smoothly. By the way if you qualify to do a Reverse Mortgage, DO IT.

  The Sless group specializes in Reverse Mortgages. I know reverse mortgages have gotten a bad reputation, but because of that, the regulations has gotten tighter and they have changed and improved over the years. If used properly they can even be an investment planning tool. I have been very impressed by their depth of knowledge and their insights on how to properly use reverse mortgages. It is worth it to talk to them to find out more and see if it is right for you. They were very helpful for me. But unfortunately, my house didn't fit the criteria so I wasn't able to work with them.

  After speaking to Joe Susserman for the first time and giving him my information, he got back to me very quickly with my line of credit and my cash numbers. Joe got all the paperwork completed and started the process of my reverse mortgage. He kept me updated on everything that was going on with my application. If you are 62 years old and don't have any family to leave your property to, reverse mortgage is the way to go. No monthly payments, just pay your insurances and property taxes. You can spend the money any way you want.

  If you are over 62 years old and own your home, you can get a reverse mortgage to help pay your bills. I just re-financed my reverse mortgage with this group and could not be more pleased. Sharon Birdow was a joy to work with, and she always worked to get me the best deal. She is honest, friendly and very forthright in telling you what you need to know. I very much recommend that you contact them and get the facts about reverse mortgages.

  Since the first day I contacted Christina Harmes at Primary Residential Mortgage she has been there all the way to answering all of my questions regarding my reverse mortgage. Since I do not have any living relatives a reverse mortgage was a no brainer now my monthly payments of 1,760.00 are gone for ever and what a nice feel that is having that extra income for other things. Because I have a lot of equity in my home even after not paying no more payments I have a big chunk of equity to take out and do what ever I want with it. I can use it to remodel the house take a trip or just keep it for a rainy day. This is the best thing that I have ever done and It could not have happened with out Christina and her hard working employees at Primary Residential Mortgage.
