  I had an excellent experience from start to close. This team made everything very easy for me, beginning with my application for a loan, and their customer service was fantastic. I relocated and had a lot going on - new city/state, new job and buying a new home. Someone was always available when I called with questions and they always took the time to talk through my questions - they made me feel like I was their only customer. I'd highly recommend the Sherry Riano team...they're a great team.

  I can't even begin to thank The Sherry Riano Team enough for all their assistance during the purchasing of my first home. During this COVID19 crisis there was a lot of anxiety and uncertainty and adding buying my first home on top of all that didn't help matters. However, the team were incredible! Very dedicated, patient, and understanding. They were efficient and made this process so much smoother. I could call them any day and time and someone would answer and help me. They provided weekly updates through every step of the process. Thank you Chris, Christy, Jordan, and Sherry!! You all rock!!

  Sherry's team at First Heritage was outstanding! 1) Very quick pre-approval letter (same-day) 2) Easy-to-use website and mortgage portal (for uploading all necessary documents) 3) Excellent communication -- I received email updates at every stage. Sherry Riano and Alex Branower were easy to reach by phone and willing to answer all my questions. They included my realtor, Pam Pegram, in all communications as well. 4) Precise documentation and easy-to-understand mortgage estimates. The fee structure was clear. 5) Most importantly, they were on-time! No hiccups or problems at closing! (They were actually ready 2-3 days before I had to close) 6) Their APR % was the best I could find of the 4 brokers I received quotes from. I highly recommend the Sherry Riano Team!
