  My family started doing our Banking with Fidelity Bank since 1980 and after we moved to Cary , NC we got to know Ms. Ashley Bowen Perry at the main Branch and we have enjoyed Their service ,they treat you like a family and help you with any questions you might have promptly, not as a number like other Banks !!!! Another factor is very important to our Family is that they are always there you get to know them like how banking used to be ,not like other banks that they rotate their personal all the time .

  This is the best bank in the area! From Ashley, Preston and Tiffany at the branch to Connie and Valerie at the drive up area, the service they provide is unmatched. They always help with questions and go out of their way to be of service. Fidelity Bank is the epitome of their slogan "Right By You."   Our family switched from a large "chain" bank to Fidelity Bank many years ago. We've been happy with both the professionalism and friendliness of our local Fidelity branch. It's a bank that you can walk in and immediately be greeted by name. You can also expect excellent customer service and help with any questions you have.

  I have my business account here and planning to transfer personal too. Fidelity has great service! They call you if there are questions before cashing your checks. All communication is very personal, feels like you have real relationship with your bank instead of just bank account. Great bank!

  Where do I even start! Connie and Valerie are absolute top notch people and have made my business and interaction with Fidelity Bank the best I have ever experienced. There attention to detail and their refreshing desire to know me on a personal level is a breath of fresh air! If this thing had a 1000 star rating they would absolutely qualify!

  Friendly, competent and helpful in all cases. I've been doing business with this branch for 30 years, and have been wooed by other banks many times but never considered moving my business. Connie Bradshaw has been an anchor there and is the best.

  After years of feeling a continuous decline in service at my credit union, I moved my business banking over to Fidelity. All I can say is their service is precisely in the sweet spot between "Competent Professionalism" and "Treat You Like Family". Particularly Steve Hardesty and Brent Kappler have made me feel like they go above and beyond in every interaction. I can't recommend Fidelity strongly enough.

  Top Quality customer service at the branch and drive through. Connie is always smiling and helpful at drive through window. All the Customer Service Associates are Outstanding! I have two business accounts with this branch and refer others often to go in a speak with folks! All have been very pleased.

  I just opened up my 5th Fidelity Bank account with Reva Sutton at the Cary Main Branch. She is always super helpful and professional and makes things very easy. You don't get that kind of personal service with the big banks. Thanks again Reva!

  Fidelity bank is a way to go, a huge thank you to Steve Hardesty for making it easy and quick! The banks services are different even with online banking nowadays, Fidelity made it work great for my business.
