  Coastal Federal Credit Union is welcoming, customer-friendly, and efficient. Greg is very helpful. I highly recommend this bank. I came here also because of their high rating.

  Worst bank to deal with as far as lending for customers that are trying to buy a vehicle. The company has continued to drop the ball with processing and approving loans. Michelle that handles funding is the worse lady to work with. She talks to you like you have no clue what you are doing when it is there system that is messed up and this was verified by another person I spoke with. Was told this deal probably fell through the cracks. When I asked her to speak with someone else above her. She said there was no one else which I highly doubt! Go to another credit union that values that you use them for customer lending. I would give a 0 for this Credit Union if I could.

  This branch and every branch of Coastal we have encountered have been wonderful. Friendly and helpful staff members! Coastal feels like a bank that cares about it's members and customers. I'm so glad I switched over from BB&T. A special shout out to Kyle Wilson for all of your help on our Auto loan!!

  This location is great. I can't remember the guys name but he is always friendly, along with Anna. They helped me out A LOT with my car loan. This is by far the best coastal credit union I've been to yet.

  Can't go wrong with Coastal - I've been with them for the past 18 years, never a problem, everything I needed went through and always have had a great interaction with the people. Truly the only thing I hate are those video interfaces to reach someone but I guess it's evolution right ? I'd recommend Coastal FCU anytime.
