  Sharla and her Dream Team (Amelia, Jesus, Tiffany, Alisha, and everyone else whose name I did not see in an email) were awesome to work with. They were able to find us the best rate, and they answered all our questions usually within an hour (special shout out to Sharla and Alisha for that). The team was transparent through weekly updates and calls when hiccups arose and efficient despite us living several states away. When it came time to close, I was only worried about the sellers getting the repairs done in time. I knew the Dream Team would be ready and have my back.

  We were fortunate to have been pointed in Sharla's direction to obtain financing for our new home by our amazing realtor Lisa Herron-McKinney from the Linda Secrist Team. To put these comments in perspective, I have purchased six homes, refinanced probably six times and coordinated refinancing for friends and family members at least a dozen times. From the very first phone call with Sharla, I could tell that I had stumbled across someone very special. Sharla was extremely personable, knowledgeable and truly interested in all of the nuances of our financing situation. I made it clear to Sharla that I would be shopping for the best rate I could find and she not only welcomed that, but encouraged me to do so. Here are a few things we experienced working with Sharla and her (more than aptly named) Dream Team - A tremendous accumulation of job knowledge, contacts and resources available to her and her team - and made available to us. An automation system that made the dreaded gathering and delivering of documents not only easy . . . but (don't tell anyone) even a little fun with the best uploading program I have seen. Sharla's team. To the person, whoever answered the phone knew who we were, what was happening in our process and could either answer any question we had, or quickly did research and got back to us. All with nothing but a smile in their voice and a true desire to delight their customers. You could really tell they loved their job and understand the value of outstanding customer service. Again . . . TO THE PERSON! A "Weekend Update" email every Friday afternoon detailing progress, pending issues and next steps. An interest rate that four other financial institutions could not beat . . . nor even match! And, very valuable, in addition to the great customer service - NO SURPRISES at closing - or any where along the financing process Bottom line, as you can probably tell, Sharla and her team truly impressed us and we could not more highly recommend her. She and her team cultivated a great feeling of partnership and took us through a process that is usually akin to having a root canal with nothing but comfort, support and smiles. Norm n Pam

  The Sharla Ellis team is a dream. They are the only people I’ve used since moving to Utah in 2010, starting with the original home purchase, and now on to the 2nd refinance. Refinancing is hard work, but Sharla’s team, foresight, and organizational skills make it as easy as possible. NO MISSED BEATS! I’m also sure that we got the best rate that we could, for a low servicing cost. Such a pleasure to work with.
