  My realtor recommended Walt and let me say he did not disappoint! They are super knowledgeable team on every detail. Amazing communication skills, answered all my question they took no more than 24 hours or less. This company really seems to care for their clients and we felt very happy and supported from start to finish. We always got updated calls, emails, and texts. First time buying a home and I'm very happy we had a wonderful experience with The Schultz Team. Even after you are complete with the loan they make sure you know they are still here for you and invite you in like family!! I would recommend for sure. :)

  The Schulz Team is a very professional team who treats you like family. They care about you and your family before you purchase a home and after. They do not just get you into debt, but want to help you get out of the debt as well. We had a very stressful home buying time, and they helped us keep calm and walked us through each step along the way. They are always there to answer any questions you have.

  Buying a home is a nerve wracking experience. He met with us and educated on the main usual things to expect. Walt and his team always helped in the random irritating issues that arose. Now we’re in debt. He’s going to meet with us yearly to consult with us on how to reduce, eliminate or get in a better position on our debt. Highly recommend.

  I have used Walt and his team for years now. They have the industries best customer service and is far from the "one size fits all" approach that so many in this industry have.   These folks at Waterstone Mortgage in Salem Oregon are amazing to work with! Kind, respectful, honest and super knowledgeable! They are fast and efficient! No wasting time getting to the finish line! AND they help find the lowest interest rates! The entire organization works really well together as a team! My entire experience with this company is superior! I would go back to them in a heartbeat for any mortgage business or questions. A special thank you to Ann, Loan Officer for going above and beyond to get my refinance closed in just 5 1/2 weeks! Thank you Walt for all your help!
